Loving Hut is owned by Supreme Master Ching Hai and her cult. Please do not eat there.
The individual restaurants are owned by individual people but in order to open up a Loving Hut under that name and brand the restaurant owners are forced to buy Ching Hai's logo design, food, furnishing and whatever else they might need. All of the money spent for opening up a Loving Hut goes directly to Chin Hai. If the owners are not directly paying her then they are indirectly paying her by continuing to buy into her cult and waste their time within the cult.
If you are a vegan or even if you just enjoy vegan food every now and then, please do not eat at a Loving Hut any more. We must not feed Ching Hai any more.
Not ever cult is easy to spot. Not every cult is a group of people living in tents in the middle of nowhere. This is a cult and Supreme master Ching Hai is the leader. Stop letting this woman get away with stealing people's money and ruining lives.

Just Because Something is Vegan Does Not Always Mean It's Always Good
Director of Public Health and Animal Argiculture, Michael Greger, is totally cool with cult leader Ching Hai.
A little dated but still an interesting read.

My Personal Story
Hi. I want to talk about my experiences
with the Ching Hai cult.
This is not a hate blog. A lot of followers of Ching Hai
will some to her defense and say that she is a nice woman who preaches about
peace and love. Those who are sane will take one look at this self-proclaimed
“God” and laugh. Unfortunately, I was one of the weak ones who fell victim to this
cult.
It really is an attractive idea.
I was in the cult for such a long time. I joined when I found myself
in a pretty dark place. My mother had just passed away and I found myself
becoming depressed. I was an easy target and Ching Hai was a soft spoken woman who
talked about love and peace. I was willing to overlook the odd bits about being
called “Master” by every follower or calling herself a “God” because I wanted
something. It seems so foolish now that I look back on it but this is why cults
are dangerous. They get you when you are weak, alienate you from your family
and take all of your energy and money.
At first I did not realize that it was a cult. Everyone
seemed so nice. Especially Master Ching Hai.
Eventually the nice feeling faded away though. I was tired
and frustrated. I begun to constantly put myself down because of ridiculous
things like having a hard time going vegan. I felt like a horrible person
because I was not a full vegan like the others. I also felt like I was not
being a kind and good person because I was not worshipping Ching Hai as much as
I felt I should have. I felt that I had to constantly give more of my time to
the cult. At one point I had the Supreme TV station playing practically 24/7 on
my computer. Not to mention all the money wasted on Loving Hut and books. I was frustrated with myself and the world and in the back of my
mind I always had a feeling that something was not right.
It turns out that the “something not right” was this so call
religious group. I stopped watching the tv channel and going to vegan
restaurants. Somehow I was able to come to my senses. I don’t really know if
there was one single thing that woke me up or if it was the combination and
built up of everything, but I am grateful to be out of the Ching Hai cult.
Leaving the cult was the best
thing to ever happen to me. I am less stressed out and a much happier person
after doing so.

I Shall Kill You with Tofu!
Before I start this rant, I just want to say that I have no ill feelings towards vegans or veganism. It is not for me but I can see the benefits and why people would want to do it. However, when it comes to the Ching Hai cult, veganism is being used as a weapon in a completely unhealthy way.
Ching Hai is always talking about veganism. Everything relates back to you have to be a vegan or else you are evil when it comes to this woman. A large part of the reason behind this is because the master herself owns a food processing company and the Loving Hut franchises. The other part is that veganism is a way for her to control her followers.
Having control over something so vital and personal is a sure sign of a cult. When you can control every aspect of someone's personal life, you control that person completely.
Buddhism doesn't even require you to be a vegan.

No Donations But We Accept "Blessings"
Ching Hai and her "religious organization" claim that they do not accept donations. This seems like such a nice thing on the surface but just because an organization or religious group says they do not accept donations does not mean that it is true.
A lot of groups get around the donations part by calling it something else like "blessings." Another very popular way to get around it is to sell overpriced items to members. Ching Hai loves to sell overpriced shit to her followers. She starts by giving away plenty of free stuff to get you interested then sells crap at high prices. Urgh, so much money wasted on books that are only useful for keeping a fire going.
I think the only thing Ching Hai loves more than selling useless crap is her restaurant Loving Hut. The restaurant is a franchise meaning that fans of Loving Hut (Ching Hai cult members) use their own money or a bank loan to set up a Loving Hut in their local area. And you bet your ass that the majority of the money goes to Ching Hai in some way or another. Setting up multiple franchises is one of the best ways that the franchise owner (Ching Hai) can make a ton of money. It cost thousands of dollars to set up a franchise. it is also very risky as the business could fail and the person who set it up, not Ching Hai, could lose everything. Meanwhile Ching Hai risks nothing, loses nothing, and gains a lot of money.

From Crazy to LOL: Turning off Supreme TV is the Answer
LOL look at that book cover.
Veganiam has plenty of benefits but this book is not going to tell you about those. This is just more propaganda from Ching Hai to scare you and force you to give her your money. Somehow not eating animals will stop earthquakes and end wars. Seriously? Who aside from already brainwashed cult members would believe this?

God Isn't This Ugly
Ching Hai seriously thinks that she is God. Listen to her channel Supreme Master TV (a channel dedicated to her and only her) and you will see after 5 seconds that this woman is completely full of herself. She cannot go 1 minutes without letting every single one of her followers know that she is God.
I guess if people hear it enough times they'll believe it is true.
When asked why she doesn't just bring peace on to the world, she makes a bunch of bullshit lies up. The funniest one is that she says that even if she brings peace and ends wars, people will be at war with animals and continue to eat animals. Eating animals will then result in humans fighting and killing each other again. And she says all of this with a serious face!
Bitch, make everyone a vegan then if you're "God". I mean, if you can end all wars can't you also make people vegans?
The sad part is that people believe her bullshit excuse about why she ("God") cannot end war.
